At Piranha Offshore, we take pride in delivering high-quality apparel and merchandise. Because all products are made to order through our print-on-demand production partners, please review our policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Change of mind
  • Accidental orders
  • Color preference changes

Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before purchasing.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost.

To request a replacement, please email us within 14 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

Once reviewed and approved, we will send a replacement item at no charge.

Lost Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

We will work with the carrier and our fulfillment partner to investigate and determine the appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the following situations:

  • Product arrives damaged or defective and a replacement cannot be provided
  • Wrong item received
  • Order cannot be fulfilled by our production partner

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your financial institution.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because orders enter production quickly, order changes or cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of purchase.

After production begins, orders cannot be modified or canceled.
