At Piranha Offshore, every order is custom-made specifically for you. Because we utilize print-on-demand production partners, your order goes into production after it is placed.
We appreciate your patience as we create and deliver your gear.
Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed and produced within:
2–7 business days
During peak seasons, holidays, promotions, or product launches, production times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been produced, it will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout.
Estimated Shipping Times
United States
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Economy Shipping: 4–8 business days
International Orders
- Canada: 7–21 business days
- International: 10–30 business days
Delivery estimates may vary based on customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, and destination.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Multiple Shipments
Some orders may arrive in separate packages.
Because products may be produced at different facilities, items purchased in the same order may ship separately and arrive on different dates.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, Piranha Offshore cannot guarantee carrier delivery schedules.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other carriers
- Severe weather
- Natural disasters
- Customs inspections
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers
- Other circumstances beyond our control
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately at:

If the order has not entered production, we may be able to update the address.
Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes or rerouting.
Lost Packages
If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
We will work with the carrier and our fulfillment partner to investigate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
We will review the claim and provide a replacement or refund if approved.
International Customers
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.
Piranha Offshore is not responsible for these additional charges.
